Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.
If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@boutiqueveloria.com, including clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Once the issue is reviewed and approved:
• We will process a 100% full refund to your original payment method
• No return shipping will be required unless otherwise stated
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size or color chosen by the customer
• Normal wear and tear
• Sale items or gift cards
• Custom or personalized products
• Perishable goods, personal care items, or hazardous materials
European Union Customers
In accordance with EU consumer law, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply where refunds are restricted due to business policy, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
